Our small group fitness classes offer a personal atmosphere with 4 to 6 clients per class. The exercises for each class are always changing, so you never have to be worried about getting bored with the same ole routines. Plus, clients get to learn new exercises and share in the expirience with their group members.
CLASS INFO
Classes are held at Cottage Hill Park off of Hillcrest Road. Each class is approximately 50 minutes long. Please bring a yoga mat (or something similar) with you.
